Healthy Lifestyles Programmelogo

There is a new, free 8-week Healthy Lifestyles Programme due to start the week commencing Monday 5th October 2020.

The programme will focus on various aspects of physical and mental wellbeing in relation to making positive healthy lifestyle changes, for anyone who would like to lose weight, get active, and/or eat healthier.

The programme, starting w/c Monday 5th October 2020 will include:

    • Access to a closed Facebook group
    • Healthy recipes
    • Workouts (free in person bootcamps on Thursdays 8:30 – 9pm at the Leisure Box in Brierfield and/or workout videos, whatever you prefer)
    • 8 healthy lifestyle booklets via email
    • Support to lose weight, get active, and/or eat healthier

*The whole programme can be completed online if you’re unable to attend the bootcamps for any reason. Home workout videos will be provided.
